One Taubman Street is a contemporary building designed for discerning commercial tenants – strategically situated, with more than 3,000 square metres of office space, generous parking capabilities and end-of-trip facilities.

Available in a range of size and edge options, allowing complete design flexibility. And coupled with high-performance sound absorption and attenuation! Apex also starred at a recent sports + recreation project in Victoria – Etihad Football Academy – proving its versatility across many areas and project types.
