EnviroTile Application Form

Participation in our re-purposing program for ceiling tiles requires the completion and submission of this form by the specifier and/or building owner to National Ceiling Systems (NCS). For non-NCS branded panels, independent testing is necessary to assess suitability for re-purposing. NCS will facilitate this testing upon receipt of a sample of the existing ceiling panels.

No tiles will be accepted before tests are conducted. For panels to be accepted, they must be dry, clean and free of debris. No timber, metal, or hazardous materials will be accepted. Additionally, tiles will not be accepted if they are plasterboard or fibreglass, vinyl-coated, or foil-backed. Tiles to be re-purposed must be stacked neatly on 1200 x 1200mm timber pallets, secured with plastic wrap and overall height not more than two (2) metres. Ensure the pallets are secured within the trailer, to minimise shifting during transport or loading / unloading.
