ABOUT THE PROJECT
Level 2 at 82 Northbourne Avenue has recently been transformed by JLL into four speculative fit-outs starting from 168m2, creating flexible spaces for small to medium enterprises.
Throughout the space, there are individual offices, larger meeting rooms and open plan workspaces, suiting teams of various sizes.
In the open plan areas, the Trident grid system by NCS was used, along with the Apex acoustic ceiling tile.
APEX
One of NCS’s most common products, the Apex ceiling tile is a standout for use in commercial workspaces such as these.
It has a versatile bright white finish, as well as great sound absorption and attenuation properties.
