Square Mesh Ceiling Tiles

NCS Square Mesh ceiling tiles are a welded square mesh panel designed for use in a standard NCS Trident steel grid, with 24mm face. These panels are fabricated in sizes: 600 x 600mm, 1200 x 600mm, or 1200 x 1200mm.

Three square sizes are available as standard: 25 x 25mm, 50 x 50mm, and 75 x 75mm. However, as this product is manufactured locally in Australia, custom square sizes are easily accommodated and can be produced with a quick turnaround.   

Square mesh ceiling tiles are a great way to add an industrial feel to any contemporary space. The ability to see through the ceiling into the plenum speaks to a design aesthetic common in recent commercial projects: to paint all services a monochromatic colour. Additionally, square mesh tiles are ideal for use in small feature ceilings, combined with a main ceiling of Pinnacle, Apex or any other mineral fibre tile.

SHORT SPECIFICATION

Ceiling shall comprise NCS Square Mesh lay-in ceiling panels with NCS Trident™ 24mm steel exposed grid including wall trim as manufactured for NCS.

Panels shall have square size [specify size], be powder coated [specify colour], nominal size 1200 x 600mm, square (SQ) edge detail.
