Metal Mesh Ceiling Panels
NCS Metal Mesh is a metal mesh ceiling tile designed to achieve contemporary commercial spaces with an industrial feel. Created from expanded aluminium mesh, a metal mesh ceiling tile can be powder coated any Dulux or Interpon colour; and are highly durable, able to be removed and replaced easily when access to above services is required.
NCS Metal Mesh panels are fabricated from aluminium. This has a multitude of advantages when compared to steel fabrication, allowing for easier installation. Firstly, aluminium is much lighter than steel, making handling and freight safer and easier. Secondly, aluminium is easier to cut, meaning adaptation of these mesh ceiling tiles to other ceiling services is very simply done on site. Thirdly, aluminium boasts far better corrosion resistance than steel, enabling the metal ceiling system to withstand rust, even if there is excess moisture in the ceiling.
These tiles are uniquely designed to lay on standard 24mm NCS Trident Grid. This results in an efficient install process, and ultimate flexibility; while still creating a wholly continuous mesh ceiling.

SHORT SPECIFICATION
Ceiling shall comprise NCS Metal Mesh™ metal mesh ceiling panels with NCS Trident™ 24mm steel exposed grid including wall trim as manufactured for NCS. Panels shall be nominal size 1200 x 600mm, lay-in.
