PROCESS OVERVIEW
STEP ONE: APPLY
Apply for the program using this form. This will provide us with all the information we need to process the recycling of your ceiling tiles into valuable agricultural product.
STEP TWO: TEST
To ensure the tiles are safe for use in an agricultural product, we conduct various tests on the reclaimed tiles. Once the safety of the tiles is ascertained, we move to the next step in the process.
STEP THREE: TRANSPORT
The tiles are removed from the existing ceiling and packed onto pallets. NCS arranges transportation from site to a facility, and thus begins the recycling process.
STEP FOUR: REFINEMENT
At the processing facility, the old tiles are crushed and sifted. This removes the impurities and refines the product into a usable substance.
STEP FIVE: MIX
A unique, tailored mix of amendments is added to the recycled tile compound, enhancing the value of the product to the agricultural sectors it is designed for.
STEP SIX: GROW
The finished agricultural product is used across a variety of industries, contributing to sustainable growth and a circular economy.
