BAFFLE SYSTEMS

NCS’s decorative ceiling system range includes metal baffle systems – particularly the Double Structure system, featuring a rectangular baffle with a perpendicular support rail system, hence the name “Double Structure”. These baffles are fabricated from steel and finished in powder coat, which can be customised to complement any type of space. 

Double Structure Baffles are lightweight, and provide an increased level of sound absorption through the introduction of an air-gap within the baffle. To assist with sound absorption further, acoustic fabric can also be added within the baffles and behind the support structure. They’re also super easy to install: fix the support rail, then simply click the baffles into place. And you’re done!

Baffles can be custom made to any size that suits your space, in addition to the standard available sizes (which can be found on the data sheet). These baffles can be supplied in any Dulux or Interpon powder coat colour, as well as a range of wood-effects to create a realistic timber look. This gives designers the ultimate flexibility to bring their vision to reality.
